Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

- Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support and training to facilitate successful product adoption.

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring client needs and feedback are communicated effectively.

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to identify areas of improvement and additional support needs.

- Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally to help guide QA.tech’s product enhancements.

You are:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a startup or fast-paced tech company.

- Strong affinity for and experience in providing customer support and building positive relationships.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively, understand customer needs quickly, and deliver solutions swiftly.

- Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms.
