The Opportunity:

The Network Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for managing data from LG systems (Field Service related), with a key focus on developing and automating data structures to enhance field operations and territory mapping analysis. This role is essential for visualizing Field Service performance through dynamic dashboards and automated reports. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to calculate and analyze Field Service KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Responsibilities: 

• Build and create automated/visualized dashboards and tracker
• Tableau, Google data studio, Power BI, etc.
• Prepare accurate business operational reporting and forecasts utilizing various business intelligence tools and ERP software to drive performance towards goal achievement.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating planning processes by working with analytics partners based on key analytical outcomes.
• Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actional format.
• Assist in defining the overall strategy for optimizing LG's preferred network coverage.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements and drive value.
• Create map visualizations of LG's preferred network coverage using Tableau.

 Qualifications / Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related field or Data Science related field -- Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.
• Preferred Experience in BI tools and dashboard creation
  • Tableau, Data Studio,
  • Expertise with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
  • 1+ Year Experience using SQL or similar big data querying languages
  • 1+ Year Experience with programming language, such as Python or R
• Analytical ingenuity and leadership, coupled with demonstrated cross-functional partnership, are critical skills for this role
• Travel: Generally, less than 10%.
