Your Purpose as a Receptionist/Office Assistant:

• Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Assist the Office manager with clerical duties
• Data Entry
• Assist Title Clerk with typing titles
• Assist Billing Clerk with pulling vehicle cost data
• Convert paper files to digital
• Inventory vehicles
• Drive to local DMV and other errands as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability and desire to make a POSITIVE IMPACT with EVERY INTERACTION
• Compassionate communication skills
• Have the drive to create REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES by providing RADICAL SERVICE
• Valid driver’s license
