The team

 

You will join a collaborative and high-performing Data & Analytics Delivery Team consisting of data engineers, analysts, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. The team operates with strong alignment to company-wide data strategy, emphasizing quality, scalability, and operational excellence.

The role

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver high-impact, data-centric initiatives across the organization. In this hybrid role, you will drive end-to-end project delivery while enabling Agile execution across data engineering, analytics, cloud, and integration teams. You will own planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment for projects involving data pipelines, analytics dashboards, cloud platform enhancements, and enterprise data modernization.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing full project lifecycles—scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams across data, engineering, cloud, product, and business units.

• Leading Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth sprint execution, and driving continuous improvement.

• Supporting UAT, production readiness, and data governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Acting as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

 

You will bring a blend of project leadership, Agile discipline, and a strong understanding of data and cloud concepts to enable seamless delivery.

Project & Agile Expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, with 2+ years in data/analytics projects.

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to coach teams toward high performance.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-team data, cloud, or platform initiatives.

• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, data lakes/warehouses, and BI/reporting tools.

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Ability to interpret technical architecture and translate it into actionable tasks for business partners.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong situational awareness, risk identification, and issue resolution skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving clarity and alignment.

• Ability to foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.

• Experience with data modernization, cloud data platforms, or large-scale analytics programs.

• Exposure to regulated environments (finance, healthcare, insurance) is a plus.
