The Project Manager is responsible for planning and implementing approved projects or initiatives. The Project Manager will simultaneously lead multiple projects through the project management lifecycle. Projects include software implementation; opening, closing, and relocating banking centers; forming new business lines; process improvement; and regulatory changes. Throughout that lifecycle, the project manager leans on keen emotional intelligence and technical expertise to deliver impactful enterprise changes. The Project Manager is responsible for making decisions and escalating unresolved issues to the Project Management Office and/or the sponsoring Senior Executive Team member.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project or initiative to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery; lead team members in multiple functions to define, document, and manage deliverables.
Engage in demand planning process, including gathering objectives and high-level requirements, drafting key milestones, identifying necessary resources and estimating demand, and working with the process owner to properly document the project and necessary approvals.
Lead project delivery including but not limited to detailed project plan identifying dates, dependencies, resources; facilitating procurement activities; creating testing scripts for project team; identifying and communicating risks, actions , issues, and decisions; and tracking compliance with approved scope, dates, and budgets.
Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about progress and risks.
Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded products or processes,
Monitor and track all escalated issues to resolution.
May assist in the implementation of program management tools and methodologies.
May assist in the creation of standard templates for program management deliverables.
Provide mentoring and support to other Project Managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects.
Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.
SECONDARY DUTIES
The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are guidelines based on the minimum experience required to perform the essential functions of the job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or comparable work experience.
• 5 years of experience, within banking or financial technology industry, leading multiple projects through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
• Strong technical fluency and familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies. Relevant tools include the Microsoft Office suite; SharePoin
