The Role

Conduct research to determine the fair, local-market value for commercial and recreational vehicles involved in a potential total loss using the Internet and our proprietary database. This position works closely with claim adjusters from top insurers and auto dealerships across the United States. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset will be provided. Eligibility for monthly incentives and annual company bonus dependent upon performance.

The “Try It On” program allows you to be trained and complete the work to be sure this is the step you want to take, while simultaneously providing us the opportunity to see how you perform “in the trenches.”

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research selling price and configuration of new or used vehicles with dealers and private parties as necessary

• Conduct market survey of dealers in the absence of comparable vehicles

• Maintain list of cooperating dealers to enhance personal performance. 

• Provide back-up to new entry customer service as needed

• Provide supplemental data (post valuation) upon request by customer 

• Achieve desired production and quality targets 

• Ability to work flexible hours - business 6am to 9pm M-F 

• Process CRV commercial line queues including but not limited to: Travel Trailers and Motor Homes, Trailers, Equipment, Medium and Large Marine, Trucks, Specialty Vehicles, and Manufactured Housing

• Mentor newer Valuation personnel 

• Provide back-up to post valuation customer service as needed 

• Survey dealers to update and enhance adjustment database 

*Occasional weekend and catastrophe staffing 

 

Requirements:

• High School diploma required 

• 3-4 years prior service industry required 

• Minimum 12-18 months experience as a CRV Valuator 

Selection for the Try It On program:

• Prioritized based on overall performance.

• The program will last a minimum of 16 weeks

• Your pay will increase as a typical promotion during the Try It On program (for any Valuators or SR Valuators transitioning to a SR Valuator Specialist role)

• Success and potential permanent promotional opportunities will be based on quality, production, attendance and individual leadership competencies compared against goal and your peers
