What is the opportunity?
Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology
What will you do?
Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology
Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups • Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology
Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology
Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
What you need to succeed?
Must have:
Working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Survey
Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management
Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis
Nice-to-have:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA) (Preferred)
Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis (Preferred)

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
