How will you make an impact in this role?

The Director Finance – will be supporting financial and operational strategic decisions for Global Servicing GCFO (Global Credit and Fraud Operations) which are responsible for the full range of early and late-stage collection efforts globally, Credit, Fraud and New Accounts servicing.

Key roles and responsibilities will include monthly results, planning, and working closely with the GS leadership team to drive analytics and shape business strategy. The role will have significant interaction across the finance community (Risk Finance/Corporate Planning/LOB LFOs) and will be required to form strong relationships with business partners.

  • Lead monthly results, planning, forecasting and analytics for Credit, Collections, Fraud and New Accounts operations teams
  • Develop an end-to-end understanding of the Credit and Collections lifecycle, including operational and expense drivers across the value chain.
  • Ownership of the Collections volumes forecasting process
  • Work with the Collections business to optimize Outside Agency fees – focused on optimizing overall fee rate and further educating placement strategy by incorporating detailed cost information.
  • Lead and provide input for continued process improvement, streamline efforts, and automation ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of data mining is a plus
  • Experience with SQL and/or SAS strongly encouraged, similarly with Cornerstone or equivalent analytic tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is a plus, 7+ years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading financial planning & analysis, or related function
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, communicating key messages and connecting the dots between business performance and enterprise strategy
  • Superior problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, strong learning agility and willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Adept at balancing priorities and customers to manage tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key business and operational partners.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
