About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of ExxonMobil Supply Chain (EMSC) and contribute to the success of a growing Product Solutions (EMPS) business. You will be responsible for maintaining internal and external operational relationships, monitoring third party performance, and supporting various operational activities. This role acts as a mentor for associate coordinators, providing expertise in troubleshooting issues and may become involved in more complex operational or system issues, demonstrating excellence and maturity in all aspects of warehouse and materials operations. Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMSC or other functions/business lines within EMPS, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.
This position will be located at our headquarters in Spring, TX near Houston, TX.
What you will do
- Warehouse Coordination: Provide coordination activities for large or high-volume locations to ensure smooth operations
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as SME for warehousing issues and participate in major Management of Change processes
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor associate coordinators on process and tool-related issues to build team capability
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with other functions, logistics advisors, and Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) to identify and improve processes, contracts, and tools
- Order Accuracy & Inventory Management: Engage with individuals issuing, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and proactively manage warehouse capacity
- Delivery Performance: Analyze delivery processes to improve on-time delivery to end users and track defective or damaged goods until proper disposition or credit is obtained
- Stewardship Activities: Participate in stewardship and other engagements as needed to ensure warehouses meet contractual obligations and adequately support business needs
- Critical Issue Handling: Assist in identifying and resolving issues at and beyond the warehouse level
