Job Summary

The person in this role will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing parts. You will inspect shipments, manage inventory, prepare parts for shipping, and process requests. This role ensures parts are available and operations run smoothly. 

Job Type and Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities 

• Verify shipment accuracy by counting items. 
• Compare descriptions, quantities, and prices 
• Record and report any discrepancies or damage. 
• Pull orders and confirm all details 
• Maintain inventory including physical counts 
• Deliver and/or pickup to Technicians/Customers/Vendors 
• Van Replenishments: process paperwork, pull, and deliver parts 
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner 
• Additional duties as assigned 

Requirements (KSAs) 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Shipping/Receiving experience encouraged 
• Forklift operation experience encouraged 
• Computer Skills required 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced position- need to be well organized, and able to multi-task 
• Detail Oriented  
• Bending, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly while completing job duties
