Sales Support Representative, Associate

Role Summary

The Sales Support Representative will provide real-time support for pump spare parts quotations and orders, working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective service for customers. This role, based in Budapest, plays a key part in sustaining and developing the spare parts business in the Europe and Africa region.

Your role

• Preparing price quotes for pump spare parts and ensuring their timely dispatch

• Checking business terms and conditions and documentation in SAP and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

• Verifying customer orders and ensuring their fulfillment

• Acting as the main contact for customers and the sales team in the area of pump spare parts

• Monitoring the status of orders and recording new orders in internal systems.

• Sales support, recommending complementary products, and participating in meetings with customers

• Create/maintain customer contract process standardizations in alignment with global processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or a technical field and ideally two years of professional experience

• Excellent speaking & writing in English. Additional language French is a strong plus

• Ability to communicate with customers and within a team; customer-oriented approach

• Knowledge of MS Excel, technical orientation, and interest in the B2B environment

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Proficiency in using statistical methods and tools to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.

• Database Management: Experience with designing, maintaining, and querying databases.
