Staff Analog Layout Engineer/Design Engineer

• Required to support the physical design of high-speed analog ICs for fiber-based wireline applications
• Required to support back-end verification, including DRC, LVS and parasitic extraction
• Required to execute full chip assembly (top level) and verification
• Familiar with archive and tapeout procedures.
• Familiar with revision control tools
• Preferred to have some experience with training others in standard layout procedures

 

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-frequency analog IC layout and back-end verification.
• Proficient in using Cadence and Mentor Graphics tools, as well as other high-frequency design platforms.
• Hands-on experience in high-frequency physical design using HBT, bipolar, and BiCMOS process technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Proven ability to work as a strong individual contributor with exceptional initiative and a clear drive for achieving business results.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a small, focused team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly communicating complex technical topics.
