We are looking for a dynamic People & Talent (P&T) Generalist to join our team and team by reimagining and implementing world-class Human Resources process and program improvements. You will be the main P&T Generalist for the US region and will focus on fostering positive change and nurturing talent throughout every stage of the employment journey from recruitment to development. 
You will be responsible for supporting and implementing various HR programs and processes. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment, while also contributing to the overall success of the organization. What you'll be doing:

• Empower our team by implementing BV’s P&T processes and programs.
• Performs routine tasks in Workday such as new hire entries, document uploading, employee and organizational changes, and reporting for the P&T BP team
• Manage the employee exit process, including drafting and executing separation agreements, exit communication, performance improvement plans, exit interviews and unemployment claims in compliance with local labor law
• Act as first point of contact for all employee questions regarding process, policies, benefits and other applicable global/regional programs 
• Enhance job satisfaction by working closely with employees and managers to resolve people issues promptly and with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the P&T team to craft global solutions for innovative people programs. 
• Participate in regional initiatives and special projects, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and planning of events to cultivate a thriving workplace culture
• Sound experience in Employment Law and Leave Policies/Administration: must be able to understand overarching laws and help our employees understand their role in ensuring legal and internal policy compliant leaves.
• Partner with global Business Partners regarding change management and talent programs

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of versatile HR experience in a generalist capacity working in multiple human resources disciplines
• Knowledgeable in HR software and tools
• An influencer, able to consult and collaborate on a wide variety of HR policies and practices
• Adaptable in a fast-changing tech environment, displaying initiative with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. Minimum 1 year experience within Workday.
