Summary: Maximize profitability of their store. Supervise and coordinate activities of Assistant Coach(es) in your specific location. Duties may include management functions and personnel work

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for your specific store
2. Direct and supervise Assistant Coaches in oversite of Team Members
3. Monitor sales activities to ensure that store is meeting goals by providing exceptional service and quality goods
4. Oversee Assistant Coach(es) in hiring, training, assigning duties, evaluating team members, promoting, coaching or terminating when appropriate
5. Responsible for hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating Assistant Coach(es)
6. Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention in your specific location
7. Plan and facilitate monthly team meetings
8. Provide guest service by greeting and assisting and responding to inquiries or complaints
9. Keep appropriate personnel informed of known actions, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect company operations
10. Fully understands duties and monitors responsibilities of an Assistant Coach
11. Other duties as assigned by District Manager or Executive Management

$65,000 - $75,000 Annually 

Requirements

Qualifications:

Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):

•  Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year College or University or Associates degree with additional retail or pawn experience
•  2-4 years of manager or director experience

Knowledge:

•  Point of sales systems
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

•  Must maintain valid/unrestricted driver’s license at all times
•  Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company
•  Must maintain eligibility to be a responsible person on FFL license

•  Pushing or pulling 20% of day
•  Reaching 20% of day
•  Repetitive Motion 20% of day

Lifting Requirements:

•  Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
