Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption.  Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work. 

Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join Marketing & Communication as a Senior Project Coordinator.  Reporting to our Chief Content Officer, you will provide project support for a variety of initiatives and content (e.g., the Annual Report, MSK News magazine, MSK Now e-newsletter, video production calendars).

 

You will: 

  • Develop project plans, including methods and tools to organize and manage activities for projects 
  • Analyze and determine project metrics, make data-based recommendations, and present information in an organized, efficient manner  
  • Take a proactive approach to monitoring the progress of projects and work with the team to mitigate issues 
  • Communicate project milestones and disseminate relevant information within project deadlines 
  • Develop content for presentations, reports, and agendas  
  • Manage calendar commitments for Chief Content Officer including both team and project meetings

You have:  

  • 2+ years of multifaceted project coordination experience; production, news or healthcare marketing experience desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams 
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to shift style to varying audiences  
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and present data in an organized and efficient manner 
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values  

 

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to be onsite at 633 Third Ave 2-3 days per week 

 

Pay range: $72,600.00-$112,400.00
