What You'll Earn

$21.50–$25.00 per hour depending on experience
$350 per month commute benefit (approximately $2/hour extra for full-time employees)
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
$2,500+ referral bonuses
Profit sharing up to 3%

What You'll Do

Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines
Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment
Apply barcodes and perform detail-oriented tasks
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours
Work safely around moving mechanical equipment
Comfortable in loud conditions with airborne sawdust
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor temperatures
