Then we will look forward to meeting you!</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span>Your responsibilities</span></b></p> <p> </p> <p><ul> <li>Expand pipeline of potential power transactions in the Nordics through developing relationships with counterparties and understanding commercial requirements</li> <li>Originate downstream sale opportunities with industrial and trading counterparties</li> <li>Originate PPA transactions with asset owners (for example route to market or balancing structures)</li> <li>Originate other types of power transactions (e.g. BESS/Flex, derivatives) in accordance with Power portfolio strategies</li> <li>Execute transactions with counterparties, adhering to all internal operational and compliance processes</li> <li>Help maximise value associated with existing contracts</li> <li>Champion constant process improvement to manage high deal flow</li> <li>Provide market intelligence to Uniper’s power portfolio teams to help define product and portfolio strategy</li> <li>Spot strategic commercial initiatives/opportunities in a fast-changing power market and champion them within the company</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span>Your profile</span></b></p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree in business/numerate discipline</li> <li>Strong network of relationships across the value chain including producers, customers and trading counterparties</li> <li>Established track-record of originating, negotiating and closing diverse types of power transaction</li> <li>Sound understanding of the Nordic power market and regulatory developments</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude to develop the business</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative way of working</li> <li>Understanding of risk concepts including credit, market, liquidity and operational risks</li> <li>Understanding of various power transaction contracts</li> <li>Fluent in English; Professional working proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian a plus</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span>Your benefits</span></b></p>   <span><span>At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
