Maintenance Technician

• Performs routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and other facility maintenance tasks.
• Monitors the general appearance and cleanliness of the facility on an ongoing basis and addresses problems as they arise.
• Monitors operations of facility and agency equipment including IT, heating and A/C, plumbing, electrical systems, agency vehicles and other equipment; performs routine repairs.
• Monitors adequate inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies; advises when any supply inventory gets low. 
• Responds to client or staff maintenance as needed or assigned.
• Provides transportation duties including picking up agency supplies as needed.

Requirements

• High school or equivalency diploma and related. 
• Experience providing routine facility maintenance and repairs. 
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Valid Drivers License.
