Account Executive

Onebeat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the USA. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in sales and relationship management to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client programs and initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior account executives to foster professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, Retail/ Data solutions technology- MUST!
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
