We are now looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Enterprise Partnerships to expand our reach and impact by driving enterprise-level collaborations.

Role Overview

The Head of Enterprise Partnerships will lead vidIQ’s enterprise partnership strategy, identifying and fostering business opportunities that drive growth. This role requires a results-driven leader who excels in building relationships, aligning internal resources, and achieving measurable targets through innovative lead-generation programs and upselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Opportunity Assessment

    • Identify and analyze business requirements to uncover new opportunities within the enterprise sector.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to map out short, medium, and long-term objectives.

    • Build actionable roadmaps to achieve strategic goals, ensuring alignment with company vision.

  • Resource Alignment & Priority Mapping

    • Work cross-functionally to align resources, ensuring seamless execution of enterprise initiatives.

    • Establish clear priority frameworks that enable effective decision-making and focus.

  • Customer Engagement & Growth

    • Leverage vidIQ's existing customer base to drive upselling and expansion opportunities.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.

  • Lead Generation & Program Development

    • Design and implement an enterprise-focused lead-generation program.

    • Enhance and optimize upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Target Achievement

    • Define and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and partnership targets.

    • Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, preferably within SaaS or tech companies.

  • Strong ability to identify, assess, and act on business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Track record of achieving measurable targets through strategic lead-generation and upselling programs.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in resource alignment and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to map out priorities and develop actionable strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

This is a contract role. The position is compensated with a monthly retainer as well as revenue share.
