We are searching for the best talent for a Site Relationship Lead, Immunology. This position can be located remotely in the Southeastern Region (DC, VA, MD, NC, SC, GA, FL, or WV) of the United States.
Purpose:
The Site Relationship Lead, Immunology uncovers new opportunities and responds with site centric solutions, aimed at strategic sites to drive delivery of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine clinical trial programs. The Site Relationship Lead contributes to GCO and country-specific goals to optimize Country clinical trial delivery. Leveraging site insight to build connections and engagement between key stakeholders from internal JJIM and external partners to accelerate site identification, start-up and participant enrollment are basic deliverables. SRLs will develop clear and measurable site engagement strategies across their country of responsibility focused on current and future study and portfolio needs across all phases of development.
You will be responsible for:
Strategy Development
Matches evolving portfolio needs to identified site capabilities.
Partners with country teams to understand and analyze local market and site dynamics to optimize site insights and recommendations.
Routinely supports the appropriate segmentation of investigational sites resulting in a prioritized “ready” list of Strategic Sites and recommended actions and resources to accelerate site delivery.
Coordinates internal-to-external stakeholder meetings to identify new research sites and engage/pull-through current and potential research sites to support the JJIM Portfolio.
Drives prompt issue resolution and problem solving at strategic sites.
