  • Lead the commercial enablement agenda for Groups & Events nontech programs, ensuring hotels and sales teams clearly understand what to do differently and how it drives performance.
  • Design and scale training frameworks, learning journeys, and enablement materials that support global adoption and role based execution.
  • Own and evolve enterprise, multiband Groups & Events programs, including Pivotal Meetings and Meetings for Good.
  • Establish clear success measures, governance, and feedback loops to assess program effectiveness and enterprise impact.
  • Partners cross functionally with Regions, Brand, Sales, Operations, and Technology Enablement to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
  • Lead and develop a high performing enablement team with a strong enterprise mindset, focused on outcomes, adoption, and scale.
  • Partner with QA, Brands, and Regional Ops to ensure sustained compliance and continuous improvement.
