He/She is responsible for procuring goods and services within the scope of Kenvue’s business policies and procedures, at the best negotiated terms for price, quality and delivery to support Kenvue’s business operations. The person is responsible for end-to-end Category support, delivering cost savings, buying and payment channel compliance, contract excellence and supplier optimization. This includes business engagement, sourcing strategy development with all kinds of analysis (industries, suppliers, spend by categories, stakeholders, etc…), contracting, supplier and/or stakeholder management, and procurement enablement activities. Categories in scope could include Marketing, HR &amp; Business Services, R&amp;D, IT Services and Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services (CCFS).</span></span></p> <p><span><span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> <p><u><span lang="EN-US">Key Responsibilities</span></u><b><span lang="EN-US"></span></b><span lang="EN-US"></span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Review purchase requisitions and manage relationship with requestors,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Manage the full end to-end sourcing process within relevant categories delegated spend,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms and conditions and communicate with suppliers as needed,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities &amp; compliance improvement education,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Determine requirements for contract creation,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Manage the contract execution process, from creation until to signature and including archiving in the Kenvue CLM system,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Negotiate full contract terms, in line with Kenvue guidelines, policies and procedures,</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>·<span>   <span> </span></span></span></span><span lang="EN-US">Collaborate with Kenvue SMEs, within Procurement, Legal &amp; Compliance, Finance, and other fun
