Blueground is currently looking for a Real Estate Partnerships Intern to join our Washington D.C. team.
The primary function of the Real Estate Partnerships Intern will be assisting in the management of Blueground’s Washington D.C. portfolio of properties in accordance with our strategic objectives, including but not limited to market research, negotiating new unit acquisitions and managing lease renewals.
If you are a student who possesses great interest in the real estate sectors, with strong research and strategic analysis skills then this role may be for you!
What you will focus on:
- Research, view, and source qualified properties for our portfolio
- Manage and analyze contract renewal information
- Analyze market data for internal pricing decisions
- Audit internal databases and business operations processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on various projects
What we are looking for:
- Completed a minimum of 2 years from an accredited university
- Stated academic and career interest in real estate development and investment
- Knowledge of Washington D.C. neighborhoods
- Must live in Washington D.C. area and spend 3-4 days/week in our downtown office
- Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach
- Quick thinker and deal maker
- Ability to work independently, manage projects and take initiative
- Familiarity with financial underwriting and competency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
