What will you bring?
Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
A passion and energy for world class care
Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
