A modern care home built on two hectares of land, set in a quiet suburb of Glenvale, just 5kms west of the Toowoomba town centre. It consists of 124 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

Whilst working shifts as a Carer – Care Companionship, you will bring a “Person First” approach in care planning and assisting our new residents and their families with the process of settling into the home and transitioning into an aged care setting.

You will coordinate the admissions and respond to and assist with queries and concerns from the residents and their family members. 

You will advise new residents of additional services that are on offer and ensure services are delivered. 

You will complete meal service with the new residents as part of settling in by escorting them to the dining room and ensure they know how the meal service works.
