In this role, you’ll continually evaluate emerging needs, new technologies, and measure the success of solutions to refine and incorporate adjustments to the product vision and strategy as needed.  In addition, you will:

  • Define and communicates IT product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the business strategy. 

  • Researches and analyzes the industry, customer, and competitors, and effectively communicates the insights gained from this analysis. 

  • Navigates organizational boundaries, fosters a culture of innovation, and leverages a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s capabilities and technology to facilitate product discovery. 

  • Assesses the effectiveness of the evolving product in meeting customer and business needs, which includes measuring and evaluating the impact and success over time. 

  • Develops strong relationships and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. 

• What it Takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Commercial Lines Insurance experience preferred.
