Enterprise Engineer

The Infra Operations Products & Services (IOPS) team builds, operates, and provides best-in-class operational products and services for monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation of Meta's infrastructure. We are looking for engineers who share a passion for tackling and developing complex systems with high scalability, availability, data integrity, and reliability.Enterprise Engineer Responsibilities

• Build industry leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure
• Work with product managers, designers and other engineers to create software that optimizes for business metrics
• Produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with standards and best practices
• Follow release management policies to ensure data integrity, compliance and system stability

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building intuitive systems in Java, PHP, C++ or JavaScript technologies such as ReactJS or AngularJS
• 5+ years experience working with code bases building micro services, REST APIs, GraphQL
• 5+ years experience modelling data flows between systems to enable transactional workflows and upstream/downstream integrations
• 5+ years experience building scalable, distributed systems and products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting production quality software
• Experience with GenAI use cases
• Experience with data pipelines and troubleshooting data pipelines
