Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the Finance & Adminstration Strategy Lead with all relevant activities, such as successfully capturing and delivering value, managing stakeholders, evaluating product portfolios or developing, implementing and monitoring the strategy 
• Performing preparatory work for and reporting to the International Committee in coordination with the Strategy Lead 
• Serving as a point of contact for management within designated department with regard to feedback concerning the Finance & Administration strategy and ensuring strategic alignment across departments
• Collaborating closely with the Strategy Lead 
• Serving as a sparring partner for the Innovation Management Expert when identifying technological trends and business needs 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field 
• Structured, independent and self-organised working style 
• Very good business acumen and understanding of the organisation’s business goals, strategies and industry trends, as well as how to calculate and capture value 
• Very good communication skills and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders 
• Strong analytical skills with initial experience in qualitative and quantitative analyses 
• Openness for change and ability to drive change actively
• Business fluency in English and German 
•
