Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am start
Pay: starting at $19.80
The Warehouse Associate 2 supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, inventory control, and quality assurance. This role requires prior warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, shrink-wrap, label, and stage products for shipment
• Verify purchase orders and work orders for accuracy
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards (no damaged goods shipped or stored)
• Load, unload, and stock products in designated areas
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on pallet jacks
• Process inventory movements within warehouse management or Oracle systems
• Follow all SOPs, safety standards, and FSMA guidelines
• Cross-train and assist other warehouse departments as needed
• Support training of new team members
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of warehouse or order picking experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Experience operating pallet jacks or material handling equipment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours when needed
Work Environment
• Warehouse setting including cooler and freezer areas as required
• Steel-toed boots and required safety equipment mandatory
• Physically demanding role involving lifting, standing, bending, and equipment operation
