<h3>Descrição do emprego</h3><p>Project Manager</p><p>The Project Manager, reporting to the Portfolio Director, will own the project plan and associated timeline and manage the Circana Hosting Project end-to end activities to achieve the operational readiness of the production environment and enable the migration of clients across platforms.</p><p>This role will collaborate with internal and external vendor teams, to successfully complete the execution. You will rely on a Quality Assurance team to ensure the appropriate level of quality, and work with multiple focus groups (support, operations, product, architecture, …) to secure acceptance from relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project.</p><p>Key outcomes</p><p>· Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.</p><p>· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, ensuring adherence to any deadlines and imposed constraints.</p><p>· Closely collaborate and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to define requirements, milestones, deliverables</p><p>· Perform risk assessments and implement respective mitigation strategies.</p><p>· Communicate project progress, status updates, and any issues or risks to stakeholders and senior management.</p><p> </p><p>Capabilities</p><p>· Proven experience (&gt;5 years) in project management within the IT industry, specifically managing infrastructure migration projects.</p><p>· Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies (Azure preferably) and on-premises IT infrastructure.</p><p>· Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project).</p><p>· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</p><p>Desirable skills requirements</p><p>· Project Management certification</p><p>· Experience with similar migration projects involving complex systems.</p><p> </p>
