Come join us! </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The IT Assets and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.  This role reports to the Sr. IT Operations Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>You will join a team of technical support professionals that provide enterprise level service for our corporate teams globally.  We strive to provide helpful and knowledgeable technical assistance on a daily basis.  We’re focused on providing a positive customer service and user experience.  Not only that, we are obsessed with creating the best user experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate the acquisition of new IT assets, including requisition, procurement, and deployment.</li> <li>Manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and the secure and efficient movement of IT assets within and between locations.</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT and finance departments to forecast budget needs, track expenditures, and optimize costs related to IT assets.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation related to IT asset management policies, procedures, and records.</li> <li>Coordinate the disposal or recycling of retired or obsolete IT assets in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies.</li> <li>Provide support and training to staff on IT asset management practices and tools.</li> <li>Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations in IT asset management and logistics.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular)</li> <li>Proficient in standard logistics software</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple purchase orders at once</li> <li>2 years of customer experience preferred but not required</li> <li>Negotiation skills</li> <li>Analytical skills</li> <li>Judgment and decision-making skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in IT asset management, logistics, or a similar role.</li> <li>Strong understanding of IT hardware and software, including licensing and warranties.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in IT asset management software, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.</li> </ul> <p> <
