A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·        Review, adjust, deny and approve invoices submitted by our clients’ vendors.

·        Review invoices submitted by our client’s vendors timely and accurately.

·        Meet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of quality.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

 

·        2+ years of default mortgage experience in the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or Property Preservation

·        Familiarity with investor (FHA/FHLMC/FNMA) guidelines preferred

·        A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.

·        The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

·        Review, adjust, deny and approve invoices submitted by our clients’ vendors.

·        Review invoices submitted by our clients’ vendors timely and accurately.

·        Meet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of quality.

·        Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·        High School diploma or equivalent required.

·        2+ years of default mortgage experience in the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or Property Preservation

·        Familiarity with investor (FHA/FHLMC/FNMA) guidelines preferred

·        An Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.

·        Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

·        Strong computer skills.

·        Strong customer service skills.

·        Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

·        Must be able to provide clear, concise written responses that are recorded in the client’s invoice processing system.

·        Ability to learn and retain complex information quickly and efficiently.
