This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, ensuring that user-centered solutions not only look and feel exceptional but also align with broader business goals and technical realities. As a key member of the project team, your work will directly influence both the user experience and the strategic success of the product.</span><br/><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span><br/><span><strong><br/>Design Execution &amp; Systems</strong></span><br/><span>- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, design QA, and post-deployment polish.</span><br/><span>- Create scalable UI systems and reusable components aligned with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular &amp; Next.js.</span><br/><span>- Collaborate deeply with frontend engineers to ensure seamless translation of design intent into production-quality code.</span><br/><span>- Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and interaction patterns that support enterprise-scale platforms.</span><br/><span>- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG and EAA), responsiveness, and performance-conscious thinking to all design solutions.</span><br/><br/><span><strong>Strategy &amp; Leadership</strong></span><br/><span>- Lead product discovery phases, including user research, workshops, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.</span><br/><span>- Translate research and insights into strategic design directions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.</span><br/><span>- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Growth teams to define experience strategies across the product lifecycle.</span><br/><span>- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights and design opportunities.</span><br/><span>- Champion design-led thinking within the team, fostering a culture of empathy, innovation, and experimentation.</span><br/><span>- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices across design execution and research methodologies.</span><br/><br/><span><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span><br/><span>- 10+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in enterprise-scale or B2B platforms.</span><br/><span>- Proven expertise in designing component-based UIs and contributing to robust design systems.</span><br/><span>- Experience balancing hands-on design work with strategic design leadership.</span><br/><span>- Strong skills in user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping.</span><br/><span>- Ability to translate product and business goals into design requirements and measurable outcomes.</span><br/><span>- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers.</span><br/><span>- Hands-on familiarity with Git, Storybook, or code review processes.</span><br/><span>- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, motion design, and interaction design principles.</span><br/><span>- Excellent communication and storytelling ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.</span><br/><br/><span><strong>Tool Familiarity</strong></span><br/><span>- Design and prototyping tools like Figma.</span><br/><span>- User research tools like UserZoom, Lyssna, or Dovetail.    </span><br/><span>- Collaboration tools like TLDraw, Mural or Miro.</span><br/><span>- Data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Data Stud
