Today, 80% of them in the US are individually owned and operated and we want to keep it that way. We provide our entrepreneurs the tools and expertise to operate with the scale of a large chain while remaining independent.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Agency) to lead a mission-critical part of our business:

• Develop the internal marketing agency for Moxie’s provider partners to grow their own medspa practices such that they each become thriving businesses

Marketing Moxie’s providers to consumers

Driving growth for our providers through a combination of tools and services is core to our success. As Moxie’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll determine the largest levers to grow our providers’ businesses and build a roadmap to deliver against those for hundreds of practices across the country. Your job is essentially to scale our internal marketing agency.

You’ll be building on early success across field marketing, event marketing, and paid digital marketing. Some of what you build will become core to our offering, some will be offered as an upsell. 

Success in this role will be measured in steady m/m growth in our practices’ sales volume, as well as provider satisfaction with our marketing services. 

Our objectives for the role

• Drive sales growth in our providers’ practices

  • Own paid Meta marketing execution across 100+ accounts, working closely with our agency and a number of overseas marketing assistants

  • Support promo + retention marketing development and execution for many med spas sent over text message and email

  • Scale our in-house website creation process while maintaining provider satisfaction

  • Launch new channel experiments in paid marketing across Adwords and Google’s display products, and create playbooks to scale up the winning tests 

  • Develop best practices for Moxie’s marketing playbook for our providers across social media, event marketing, field marketing, SEO and retention / lifecycle marketing 

• Serve as the marketing expert for our Provider Success team  

  • Arm the Provider Success team with the tools they need to successfully convey our value to our providers 

• Manage a team of offshore marketing assistants & create a high performance culture in which each team member feels like they can do their best work

We’re looking for:

• You’ve done this job successfully at an early-stage company or agency, driving growth in a SMB and B2C context managing dozens of clients

• You have a track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into predictable growth drivers

• You love building systems and processes and have scaled solutions before, but also aren’t afraid to dig into the details  

• You’re deeply data-driven, and can quickly decode reports to understand what’s driving out-performance or under-performance

• You have at least 5 years of marketing experience

• Bonus:

  • You have medspa or beauty experience 

  • You have experience marketing in a regulated market (health, aesthetics, real estate, legal, etc) 

  • You have familiarity with GoHighLevel 

  • You have managed a team of offshore / remote employees
