This is your opportunity to make an impact by driving performance, developing talent, and shaping processes that support our sustainability mission</span></p> <p><span>This role reports to the Head of Industry CSSC Europe, and is based in Budapest, Hungary</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>What you’ll do:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead and develop a motivated internal sales and customer service team.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure optimal resource allocation and performance to meet strategic priorities.</span></li> <li><span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate globally to harmonize processes and share best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Mentor team members and support their professional development goals.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Your background: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3+ years in leadership).</span></li> <li><span>Proven track record in customer service management in large multinational companies within the manufacturing or Industrial industry.</span></li> <li><span>Training will be provided but interest and experience in mechanical / electrical products and applications, or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels within similar industries is a bonus.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful customer centric experience</span></li> <li><span>Strong knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and MS Office applications.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.</span></li> <li><span>Entrepreneurial mindset</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Why Grundfos? </span></strong></p> <p><span>At Grundfos, we celebrate diversity and believe in equitable opportunities for all.
