2025 Summer Legal Internship

Delta Dental is seeking two first-year law students (1Ls) to join our 2025 Summer Legal Internship Program, beginning June 2025. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with Delta Dental’s in-house legal team.  

• The internship will run for 10 weeks and offers a pay rate of $25.97/hour. 
• Interns will gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including:
  • Researching and analyzing state and federal statutory and regulatory issues
  • Assisting with data privacy compliance
  • Reviewing and revising contracts
  • Supporting business transaction negotiations
• The program offers flexible work arrangements, including virtual participation.

• Current first-year (1L) law students in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Preference will be given to mentees of current Delta Dental attorneys.
