Gopuff’s Technology, Product and Design (TPD) team is building solutions to dramatically change the way people purchase their daily goods. We provide the modern-day solution to meet customer’s immediate everyday needs with products ranging from snacks and ice cream to household goods and beer, at the click of a button. 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Supply Chain, Warehousing, Pricing and Catalog Product teams at GoPuff. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of our supply chain warehousing and catalog technology products.. You will be responsible for managing a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and scalable solutions to optimize our supply chain operations and enhance our catalog management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap across supply chain and operations technology teams, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product enhancements and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations, to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to the engineering team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product offerings and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication throughout the product life cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain operations and catalog technology management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that user needs and feedback are central to the decision-making process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in product management roles, with a focus on supply chain, warehousing, or catalog technology in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and experience with warehousing and catalog management systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing product management teams.
  • Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap development, defining KPIs and successful product launches.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for technology and a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business or a related field.
  • Experience in leading product management teams in a retail technology or e-commerce company.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence in the context of supply chain and catalog management.
  • Previous experience with international supply chain and global e-commerce operations.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to supply chain management in the retail industry.

Compensation:
