ABOUT THE JOB
As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be a specialized Contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter embedded at the front lines of our mission to scale the teams that safeguard our technology and clear the path for global deployment. Responsible for attracting and hiring world-class legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent, you will play a critical role in our continued rapid growth, bringing a strategic and hands-on approach to building our legal organization. In this role, you will hold the keys to our highest-priority legal and commercial expansions, collaborating directly with Legal and Business Affairs Leadership to deliver on ambitious hiring needs. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world-class team. We are looking for someone who can masterfully handle every aspect of the legal recruiting lifecycle and is excited to be part of a small, impactful team where no task is too big or too small.
- This position is open to 6-month Contract employment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential EH&S managers, environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, site safety specialists, and facilities/maintenance technicians.
- Engage passive EH&S talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized safety and facilities networks and professional associations (e.g., ASSP, NSC).
- Collaborate closely with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to define technical role requirements and craft compelling value propositions for EH&S professionals.
- Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Represent the company's brand internally and externally, clearly articulating our unique business model, manufacturing scale, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Leverage internal resources and market insights to build strategic outreach campaigns that sell our unique value proposition to top-tier safety talent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
- Proven experience conducting thorough competency evaluations of safety capabilities (e.g., OSHA compliance, EPA regulations, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, and safety management systems).
- Experience managing strategic relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders to calibrate candidate profiles and provide transparent pipeline reporting.
- Experience advising leadership on market conditions, safety talent availability, and candidate salary expectations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Clear communication style to evaluate candidate motivations, safety philosophies, and cultural fit within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Experience sourcing strategies seamlessly between technical office/engineering roles and hands-on, field-based site operations.
- Highly autonomous but deeply collaborative, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth, and safety-critical environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience recruiting within defense technology, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- General understanding of federal security clearances (Secret, TS/SCI) and how they affect hiring timelines.
- Proven track record of filling senior or leadership-level roles across environmental, safety, or facilities teams.
- Active connection to professional safety, facilities management, or technical trade communities.
- Experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment with a fast-moving engineering or manufacturing culture.
