Responsibilities:

• Assist in event planning and coordination, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor communication.
• Help manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary materials and resources for events.
• Provide excellent customer service to event participants and sponsors.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and report creation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event coordination or administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
