Sales Compliance Specialist

<p>Your responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conducting necessary checks in the course of internal control scheme regarding strategic business partners in scope of documentation and data from dealers.</li> <li>Verifying documents provided by dealers, specified in dealer support programs, with the purpose of payout proper Sales Allowance.</li> <li>Conducting documented information exchange with the dealer network in the scope of document control required in the sales reporting process.</li> <li>Preparing reports on process KPIs.</li> <li>Providing recommendations based on data analysis in order to ensure continued improvement.</li> <li>Supporting implementation of internal control in Retail Notification and Sales Allowance processing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Our requirements</p> <ul> <li>Good business knowledge and working experience in the area of process improvements. </li> <li>Fluency in Polish and very good command of English.</li> <li>Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).</li> <li>High attention to details.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>Contract of employment via outsourced company.</li> <li>Flexible working time.</li> <li>Remote work opportunities.</li> <li>Private medical care.</li> <li>Sharing the costs of sports activities.</li> </ul>
