Come Join Our Team 
Cognosante is seeking to fill a contingent role for a Deputy Program Manager/Senior Project Manager in support of the Military Health System’s (MHS) Global Nurse Advice Line. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Deputy will be primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining program management infrastructure, business processes, and reporting for a large-scale, 24/7 call center supporting MHS beneficiaries worldwide through telephone, chat, and video access to telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care advice, and general health inquiries. *This opportunity is contingent upon contract award*
 
What is the position? 
The candidate will lead a cross-functional team of project managers and business analysts to support the MHS Global Nurse Advice Line to ensure care delivery and customer service meets and exceeds all contractual requirements. 
 
What will I get to do?  

  • Assist the Senior Program Manager with contract oversight, development of deliverables, and reporting for all functions related to the Global Nurse Advice Line

  • Develop PMBOK-based management infrastructure using Cognosante tools and resources in alignment with contract performance and reporting requirements

  • Accurately respond to and manage Global Nurse Advice Line related inquiries and requests that come in through various channels, using approved sources to develop responses.

 
What qualifications do I need? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent government or private sector work experience

  • Minimum of six years government contract management experience required

  • Available between 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

 
What additional characteristics will help me thrive?  

  • Experience working in a federal government environment (MVH, VA, DoD)

  • Minimum of 10 years total work experience, with at least 3 years working with MHS

  • Experience in project management role for government contracts similar in size, scope, and complexity

  • Knowledge of call center technology and business processes

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Demonstrated familiarity with URAC and/or NCQA standards

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to meeting with customers and stakeholders

Compensation

$108,349.72 - $173,361.67

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of Cognosante’s total compensation package for employees.
