You will be responsible for managing the global variable pay commission cycle, implementing and overseeing our commissions software (CaptivateIQ), and providing essential reporting on variable pay to the organisation. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Oversee the global variable pay commission cycle, from planning and data gathering to calculating and processing sales or performance-related commissions/bonuses.</li><li>Set up and manage our commissions software (CaptivateIQ) and provide reporting on variable pay to the organization.</li><li>Act as an advisor on KPIs and processes related to variable pay, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.</li><li>Provide accurate compensation information to HR before quarterly deadlines.</li><li>Conduct audits of commercial agreements to ensure correct data collection.</li><li>Continuously assess and optimize processes.</li></ul> <h3>Why this role? </h3> <ul> <li>This role sits at the heart of Cognite.
