Salesforce Commerce Cloud Project Manager

<h2 id="job_meta"> <p>Location: Porto,None,None </p> </h2> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p><strong>Reporting to the E-commerce Leader,</strong> you will play a strategic role in the evolution and transformation of our digital ecosystem, ensuring the delivery and optimization of platforms, digital solutions, and omnichannel experiences.</p><p>Your mission will be to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth through technology, design, and data — co-leading the digital transformation and the implementation of e-commerce projects based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and the Salesforce ecosystem.</p><p>You will act as the key link between internal teams, external partners, and business areas, ensuring consistency, performance, and innovation across all digital experiences, guiding teams toward a scalable ecosystem ready for international expansion.</p><p>You will directly oversee a <strong>UX/UI Digital Experience Designer</strong>, providing mentorship and functional leadership to ensure alignment between digital strategy, user experience, and the brand’s design system.</p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Manage critical e-commerce and digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and with high quality standards.</li><li>Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) projects.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams and external partners (Salesforce, system integrators).</li><li>Oversee the evolution of the digital ecosystem (website, app, omnichannel, PIM, OMS, marketplace, AI).</li><li>Plan roadmaps, budgets, and resources.</li><li>Measure and optimize performance and conversion KPIs.</li><li>Prepare the digital ecosystem for international expansion.</li><li>Lead and mentor a UX/UI Digital Experience Designer.</li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in digital project and/or e-commerce management.</li><li>Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.</li><li>Strong stakeholder and external partner management skills.</li><li>Solid knowledge of e-commerce, UX/UI, analytics, SEO, PIM, OMS, and API integrations.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and results orientation.</li><li>Fluent English (mandatory).
