You’ll be working in the GOTO Technology team in Nashville, TN.

Your expertise

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial & Investment Analyst, Venture Capital Investment Analyst, Financial Strategy Associate, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Fintech themes and business models, Mergers & Acquisitions, leading teams in investment evaluations,
• Identifying opportunities to drive growth for portfolio companies and business divisions, manage portfolios of private investments, due diligence on companies and funds,
• Valuation models using comparable multiples, DCF, and VC method, Volcker and Bank Holding Company Act (BHCA) regulatory requirements, origination of new investment opportunities,
• Manage legal negotiations and investment documentation
• Can work remotely.
