A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about connecting patients with life-changing healthcare solutions? Medtronic’s Structural Heart team is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to lead our Direct-to-Patient marketing initiatives. In this strategic role, you will develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive disease awareness, support product launches, and enhance patient engagement across digital, social, print, and event platforms.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for :

  • Creating compelling, patient-focused messaging and content that aligns with global brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Sales, Clinical, and Regional Marketing—to deliver cohesive strategies that maximize patient impact.
  • Managing digital assets (websites, email campaigns, social media) to optimize patient engagement and conversion.
  • Supporting educational events and webinars, including booth design and lead generation activities aimed at patients.
  • Analyzing market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring campaign performance in real time and adapting strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of the cardiac/structural heart space is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address challenges before they arise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$92,000.00 - $138,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
