About the role
The mission of this role is to create and manage a frictionless employee experience - allowing Rokt to unleash the potential of every Rokt’star. In this role, you will own all processes, policies, and systems related to the employee lifecycle (from hire to retire). Areas of responsibilities include compensation, benefits, payroll, operations, compliance, and people analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement key People Operations (HR and Talent Acquisition) infrastructure that will enable Rokt to scale smoothly through the IPO and beyond
- Execute a wide range of special projects covering areas such as IPO readiness, operational efficiency, organizational design
- Oversee the roadmap and administration of people-related programs and policies including, but not limited to, all stages of the employee journey, benefits, leaves of absence, HR & recruiting tech stack, global mobility, labor compliance, etc.
- Serve as an internal consultant to the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and stakeholders across the organization on a variety of topics
- Propose and implement new or improved processes, guidelines, tools and systems to support the organization’s needs, improve the employee experience and provide better decision support for People Managers
- Accountable for global HR system data integrity, reporting and analytics
- Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously fine-tune programs through feedback loops, metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses
- Build analytics capability to ensure key stakeholders have the right insight to inform decision making
- Improve the overall manager and employee experience when interacting with our core HR systems - in particular with Workday as our HRIS
- Review and adapt the People Team's service delivery structure to meet changing business needs (ie some programs delivered centrally through the People Operations team and some through HR business partners or talent acquisition teams)
- Oversee the administration, communication, and timeline of all employee benefit programs including in the US, including the annual open enrollment elections process and changes to enrollment throughout the year
- Implement global payroll system with one provider to standardize data, streamline processes and ensure global compliance
- Ensure accurate payroll through regular frequent payroll audits and the management of payroll discrepancies
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progression experience in HR operations
- Strong operational background with experience working in hyper-growth technology companies with teams in multiple states and international locations
- Ability to deliver projects under pressure, organize people and pull in key decision makers to prioritize issues and engage with senior management
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated subject matter expertise in HR and talent acquisition tech stacks, compensation and benefits, people analytics, immigration and employment law and people policies and processes
