We’re seeking a Production & Installation Manager to oversee operations in York, PA and surrounding areas. If you have experience in acrylic bath systems and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of installation and production for bath remodeling projects

• Hire, train, and manage the installation team

• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback from all clients

• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project timelines and satisfaction

• Plan and schedule installations efficiently

• Review sales contracts and coordinate with the sales team before ordering products

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory and warehouse operations

• Ensure proper permits are obtained where required

• Maintain detailed customer folders and production schedules using our CRM

• Provide ongoing training and support for quality control in installations

• Coordinate warranty and service calls with follow-up reviews

• Analyze job costs and service calls to recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with acrylic bath systems (required)

• Background in quality assurance (required)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• CRM proficiency and comfort with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)

• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
