About the role

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for all International and Domestic shipments to and from the Las Vegas Integration Center (LVIC). The supervisor will ensure all shipments and all orders ship on time, in full, and on quality. An emphasis on leadership, continuous improvement, and development of the shipping team is critical to the success of this role. You will play a key role in the deployment of the Aristocrat logistics and operations process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and/or vice versa

  • Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity

  • Assist in planning and establishing work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequesters to maximize productivity

  • Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices

  • Monitor the performance of facility personnel

  • Work with the management team to determine the amount of necessary resources

  • Ensure output meets quality standards

  • Identify the needs for maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.

  • Enforce health and safety precautions

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Outbound Logistics related field.

  • Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

  • Proven Managerial Skills

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administration or related, advanced degree preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License

Pay Range

$61,173 - $113,607 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
