We support various business on their digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets.</p> <p>As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to hands-on to creative projects, mentor junior designers, and drive innovation in design workflows.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul><li>Manage and execute a variety of design assignments (Digital, Print, Presentation, Branding, and Web UI is a plus)</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and skill growth.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop effective design solutions across multiple industries.</li><li>Integrate AI tools into design workflows, enhancing efficiency and creative output.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and skill development initiatives for the design team.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet industry standards, brand guidelines, and project-specific requirements.</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in graphic design, branding, or art direction, with a proven ability to execute high-level creative projects.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platforms.</li><li>Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers, with a passion for developing creative talent.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field.</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools, leveraging technology for efficiency and innovation.</li><li>Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, with the ability to create compelling layouts and design systems.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and consistency.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring clear collaboration with internal teams and clients.</li><li>Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to handle feedback and evolving project priorities with a positive mindset.</li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken).</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul><li>International Exposure: Work with global clients across various industries.</li><li>Skill Development: Expand your expertise across different design disciplines.</li><li>Flexible Work Environment: We are a remote-first company!</li></ul> <p></p> <p>Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible</p> <p>Contract Type: Permanent</p> <p></p> <p>Join us and be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of design!
